Wasn’t yesterday Halloween? Time sure is flying.
We here at JLM Couture in New York and JLM Couture Bridal Boutique in West Hollywood would like to wish all of our lovely brides, stores, friends and family a very Happy Thanksgiving. We hope you spend it giving thanks around a table of delicous food and good company.
If any of you watched The Bachelor’s “most dramatic rose ceremony ever” last night you now know that Ben and Courtney are engaged to be married! Whether or not they’ll make it down the aisle we’ll have to wait and see, but US Weekly already reported pictures of Courtney trying on wedding gowns! Ben stated on The Bachelor After the Final Rose special that Courtney was only doing this to stop the negative attention Ben was getting for supposedly cheating on her, but you never know! Courtney seemed to be a fan of the form fitting mermaid and trumpet silhouettes! Here are some bridal gowns we think would look gorgeous on Courtney! What do you think??
Many brides these days are trying to differentiate what they wear at their wedding ceremony from what they wear at their wedding reception! These bridal accessories are a great way to do so especially if you don’t want to buy another whole dress!!! Or if you do decide to go with two dresses, your shrug or bolero could be the constant piece you pair with both gowns. These capes, shrugs, and boleros are also perfect if you want to be more covered up for a religious ceremony!
On July 28th, 2011 Lovely Bridal Shop, in the West Village, hosted a fabulous Tara Keely launch party! Designer Lazaro Perez, attended the party and had no problem joining in on the fun and festivities!
So maybe LeAnn Rimes is a “Bridezilla”… but why not change into something short and dance floor-friendly for the reception, like this Jim Hjelm number, as seen in this week’s InTouch Weekly?
