While planning our wedding at the Country Club at Mirasol, I knew I needed a dress that was glamorous and romantic, but also “me”. The minute I tried on this Lazaro gown, I knew it was the one. From the textured organza skirt to the bead encrusted bodice, it had everything I wanted in a wedding dress.
We had a sunset ceremony on a breezy day in November. Just before I walked down the aisle, it began to pour! Luckily, the rain passed and I made my way down the aisle in my gorgeous Lazaro gown. It was perfection!
Lindsay wore Lazaro bridal gown style 3063 , purchased from La Bella Moda in Conshohocken, PA. Her bridesmaids wore Jim Hjelm Occasions bridesmaids dresses style 5977 and style 5924 in black chiffon, purchased from Here Comes the Bridesmaid in New York, NY.

Our sales associate at Stardust Celebrations, Liz, coordinated an incredible experience for me to meet Lazaro Perez at my initial dress fitting. Liz and my sneaky matron of honor also adorned me with a one-of-a-kind sketch of my dress, signed by Mr. Perez, which they revealed to me on the big day. My dress simply stole the show. A flawless balance of a fashion-forward edge, mixed with swoon-worthy elegance. The look on my handsome man’s face when he finally caught his first glimpse of me in my gown is my most precious memory.

Our wedding inspiration all started the night Taylor proposed to me. He took me to a quaint, local bed and breakfast and standing right in front of this arbor in the back yard he dropped to one knee and 9 months later we stood in that exact spot to become man and wife. I knew finding the perfect dress was going to be a lot of work but an amazing adventure. I saw the most fabulous Lazaro gown online and right then i called my mom and told her I had found “the dress”.

Eric and I wanted a unique wedding that our guests would enjoy and feel welcomed and special. Our venue was a historic tobacco mill in the heart of the New York Botanical Garden. There was no other dress in creation that could match our unique venue other than my fairy tale Lazaro gown. It was one of the highlights of the wedding!

Justin and I both have a love for vintage things. First task was to find my dress. Actually my mom did. It was perfect for what I was going for a beaded sheath dress by Lazaro it was simple yet had a 30′s vintage feel to it. I realized I made the right choice once people at the wedding started asking me if I had used my grandma’s dress for the event.

We wanted a Victorian wedding with romantic details, like silver platters, lace, soft colors, crystal jewels and black suits. We love the late 1800′s time period. We kept this in mind when creating the look of our wedding with every detail, from decor to clothing. We incorporated old world techniques like hand-painted sign-in scrolls and seating charts done with feather pens and calligraphy. We wanted people to be swept away into another time when they walked into our wedding and the feeling to be ornate but not stuffy; just cozy and romantic, and encourage everyone to have a good time!

Our wedding was on St. Patrick’s Day and was everything we hoped for and more. We wanted a garden inspired, vintage style wedding and everything including my dress made that dream come true.
This was the first dress I ripped out of a magazine and once I tried it on I knew it was the one!! It was so comfortable (seriously) and so many of my friends asked me if they could borrow it for their weddings! I added a crystal belt that my twin sister wore at her wedding rather than the platinum sash it came with.

We never imagined that when we got married in upstate NY we would have to contend with a hurricane. Enter Hurricane Irene on August 27, 2011. The rain slowed to a drizzle just long enough for us to get some pictures outside on the beautiful golf course. I suppose if rain on your wedding day means luck, well then we won the lottery! My dress weathered the storm beautifully. I ended up choosing Lazaro style 3052, but the decision wasn’t easy as I was torn between several gorgeous Lazaro styles!

We were married in Austin, TX at Hyde Park Baptist Church; it is the church I grew up in as a little girl. I wore my mom’s veil that she wore 30 years ago to marry my dad. We added lace to the veil that was from my dress. The reception was at Westwood Country Club. It was a perfect evening leaving in a 1960’s Rolls Royce!

Matt and I knew from the start that we wanted a big, black tie wedding. Since I work in fashion, I knew the dress would be on the most important elements of the wedding. I wanted it to be chic and fashion forward, without being too over the top. I wanted to look very bridal. The Lazaro dress was the perfect fit. The layered organza cut on a bias and the unsual coloring looked unique and ethereal, while the ball gown shape and the beaded bodice kept it very classic looking. It was a perfect balance and the perfect dress!

EVERYTHING about my wedding was designed around my dress. My best friend sent me a picture of this dress 5 months before I was even engaged. It was the first of 12 dresses I tried on, I fell instantly in love…nothing compared. It had a RED CARPET feel, so glamorous. Everything else fell quickly into place. Metallics were our wedding colors, golds, coppers, and silvers. We got married under gorgeous tall trees on the Bay in Tampa in the fall. It was the perfect day set in motion by the perfect man…and of course the perfect dress.

After five bridal salons, multiple visits, and 50+ dresses that I tried on, it was this fabulous Lazaro frock that had me weak in the knees. I was left speechless when I first laid eyes on this beauty…it was literally exactly what I had envisioned. Our wedding day was a day to remember and a dream come true, finally getting to marry my high school sweetheart and best friend!

Jason and Franchesca met at a Kingdom Hall building project when they were 18.
According to Franchesca, “We were friends for a while, and later got engaged in Memphis, TN downtown.
We went to the park on Court Street in a carriage ride, and he proposed to me there. We were engaged for a year.”
The theme of this wedding was “springy”, with a fine class stroke.
The bouquet consisted of hydrangeas, white and green roses, calla lilies, and kermits, which were bought from “Emmas”.

We were driven to the simple beauty of the desert. We thought the palm trees and the mountains would make the perfect backdrop for our vintage-esque wedding. The decor consisted mostly of vintage knick knacks from our house. We used our own kilim rugs to get married upon. We just really wanted our wedding to look and feel like our home.

The night of our wedding was amazing! Definitely the best night of our lives so far! We had a traditional Persian Jewish wedding in Los Angeles, Ca. I think my dress was my favorite part of the night! I truly felt like a Princess and the handsome groom was my Prince. Our bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their Raspberry Color Lazaro Gowns! We rocked the night away and danced all night with family and friends…wish I could relive it one more time…

Our wedding day started on a cold teeth chattering Sunday in November. I’ve always wanted to have a winter wedding and choosing 20-11-2011 as our date was an easy decision. It was -18 and big white fluffy snow flakes weren’t in sight. Despite the weather outside, our wedding was filled with heartfelt warmth from our loved ones – past and present.
The instant I put on this Lazaro dress, I knew it was the one, after the amount of dresses I had tried on I never thought I’d get that feeling.

Jennifer and Nick were married on New Years Eve at the beautiful Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, New Jersey.
We are a creative couple who wanted to celebrate in a big way so we decided to get married on New Years Eve – in the most amazing castle- throw an epic party and ring in the New Year with all our close family and friends. We are not only partners in life but also in business and live in New York City. I still think my wedding dress from Lazaro is the most beautiful gown ever- even after 4 years! It is elegant and timeless. The beading work is incredible, very detailed. The fit was fantastic and I felt like a million bucks.

Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans in September 2005. The aftermath forced me to leave my family and friends and transfer to a school in Dallas. I met Bryan there my first day. When he smiled at me, I felt happy for the first time in weeks. Our love grew and has survived moves all across the country. Five years after the tragedy that started it all, Bryan proposed on a beach in Mexico. Our story has been one of heartbreak turning to joy, and proof that fairy tales do exist.

After trying on quite a few wedding gowns, I realized I would be a Lazaro bride. I fell in love with the bodice of one dress and the skirt of a second dress. Thanks to Lazaro, I was able to get a unique custom-made gown that I absolutely LOVE and it was perfect for our Mid-Summer Night theme wedding!
