Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined, but the best parts were moments shared with family and friends. Like, chasing around my nephew in my dress before the ceremony, the boys showing up in fake mustaches, my brother-in-law playing the guitar as we walked down the aisle, my choreographed dance to “My Girl” with my dad, our first-dance, Ian shoving cake up my nose, and an impromptu rap performance by my brother-in-law and cousin. Those are the things that made our day absolutely perfect!

Two strangers boarded a flight from AZ to GA. As they found their seats and prayed for a safe flight, little did they know God already planned something much greater. The two began talking and discovered they were from the same Georgia hometown. A few weeks later they went on a first date, quickly fell in love and committed to a Chicago/Atlanta long-distance relationship. A few years later, the boy proposed on a NC beach. The wedding ceremony took place at Peachtree Christian Church and the reception at Greystone in Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA.

Nicole (who wore a Tara Keely bridal gown – style 2917) and Christopher were married on a chilly February Sunday at the legendary Cà d’ Zan mansion (part of the Ringling Brothers museum) in Sarasota, FL. The mansion, known as “the last of the Gilded Age mansions”, reflects all the romance and decadence of Venetian Gothic architecture. “I loved how the look of our location made it seem like we were in some other country.”

Kenny and I were married on a most beautiful Saturday in May 2009 at the historic Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis, MN. We wanted the day to really reflect us as a couple and incorporate what was most important to us.
