Christina and Chris

Christina and Chris are very much outdoorsy people and Mission Inn Marina couldn’t be a more perfect place for their wedding day. They fill their weekends with outdoor adventures, finding new parks to hike, exploring natural springs to kayak and Florida lakes to boat. When they aren’t being local tourists they love spending time in their new home – where Chris proposed – playing with their pup, Rico! After waiting four adventurous years – on Christmas day Santa brought Christina the best gift of her life…a ring and a fiancé!!

Christina and Chris put so much meaningful thought into planning their wedding with the help of Katie from Big Day Celebrations. They brought together elements of glam, casual and the outdoors. Christina got a custom made jean jacket with her new last name on it from Katie Renee Designs – she offers so many cute designs! Her dress was very glam/chic with intricate beading. The bride is very creative and wanted to incorporate this Into the wedding. The colors and day was inspired by the beautiful hues of a watercolor painting. The couple even has a live water color artist, Caryn Dahm, there to capture the magical day. The color palette was filled with pinks and blues and lush greens. We really loved their flowers and ceremony space – but we especially loved seeing Rico in his navy tux! Following the wedding, they left for their honeymoon at Whitehouse Sandals in Jamaica.
