David and Melissa
I was a recently single mother with three children working two jobs to make ends meet. I would spend 40 hours a week in an office and three nights a week at a dive bar. David was one of my regular customers. He never missed a shift, and he always stayed until I closed and helped me bring up cases of beer, put up bar stools, and walked me to my car each night. I was starting to think he had a drinking problem, I had no idea he was spending half his paycheck just to hang out with me. I wasn't looking for a serious relationship and Dave won me over with his sweetness. Dave has a huge heart and he does everything he can for our family, he treats my children like they are his own and we now have one of our own and another one on the way. Our wedding was one of the best days of my life. It was rustic, with a hint of glam, my Lazaro dress was perfect for the winter wedding / New Years Eve theme. We were married in a gorgeous stone building at Green Lakes State Park on NYE. The character of the building was amazing with two giant stone fireplaces on either side. I knew I could dress it up to make my wedding vision come to life. We added antler chandeliers and hung lighting on all of the rustic beams. The tables were draped in sequin tablecloths and with floating candle centerpieces. The trails of the park were perfect for our outdoor photos.
