Kathryn and Luther

Two years ago my husband and I got really dressed up, crashed a Civil War reenactment, exchanged vows, gathered all of our friends and family under a tent, partied all night, and ended our wedding day with a dip in the pool.

The day we chose each other could not have been more representative of the life I get to live with him by my side. We were married under an old oak tree in my parent's front yard - a tree I grew up climbing, swung from and grew old with me. Our wedding day was filled with so much love and laughter. Every inch of my day held so much sentimental value for me.

I'll never forget the way my husband looked at me when he saw me for the first time in my Hayley Paige gown. I knew before he ever proposed that I would wear one of her gowns. My dress felt ethereal with its bolero detail and I felt so magical in it. It was the perfect combination of sweet and sexy and my husband couldn't agree more!
