Matt and I met at our mutual friends' birthday party. After our first date, we were inseperable. He immediately became someone I knew I could trust, and soon after a few more dates, someone I knew I could love forever. We planned our wedding in four months and were married within less than a year of meeting each other. We both can confidently say, when you know, you know! We fondly think back to our wedding as the best day ever. I know everyone says that (as they should), but it was SO much fun. All of our best friends and family converging overjoyed us both. Matt and I live in Dallas, but I grew up in St. Louis and had always dreamed of getting ready for my wedding day in the comfort of my childhood home. All of my best friends were with me as I got ready at home, while Matt and his friends enjoyed the comfort of a hotel suite. It was such a fun start to the day for both of us. Plus, we both had the suit and dress of our dreams. Just like I knew with Matt straightaway, I knew as soon as I put on the Hayley Paige Elysia gown that THIS was my dress. It felt like wearing a piece of art. So unique, so romantic, and it has just a bit of edge. It was perfect, and I was so proud to wear such an original design on truly the best day ever.
