Lazaro Instagram Contest Winner Revealed!
Jessica Baron was the lucky winner of the #OnTheRunwayWithLazaro Instagram contest. The contest was open to all Lazaro brides or brides-to-be who were asked to post a photo of their Lazaro shopping experience and the winner would win a trip to the JLM Runway Show in New York City! The lovely Jessica from South Carolina had entered the competition posting this photo of her shopping in the beautiful store, London & Lace. Look at how happy and gleaming she is shopping for her Lazaro gown!
Jessica said she couldn't believe she was the chosen winner, when I spoke to her! She posted on Instagram "Yall this is crazy. I won a trip to a @lazarobridal fashion show and get to meet Lazaro himself! Is this real life? I cannot believe I got picked to go! Thank you @londonlacebridal for my breathtaking gown". She was excited to say the least!
Last Friday we flew Jessica and her mom to New York City from South Carolina, it was both their first time in the Big Apple. They checked out New York's shopping scene of course, followed by a Broadway show and a stroll through Times Square! JLM Couture were so pleased to be part of their first New York City experience!
Jessica and her mom were front row at the JLM Couture Runway Show where they got a wonderful view of the Spring 2016 collections. Jessica told me how she "had such a unique experience"at the show. Below is Jessica and the insanely talented, Lazaro Perez whom she was so honored to meet backstage after the show! She said "he was the sweetest man". They even had a glass of champagne together to celebrate the contest and the launch of his new collection!
After trying on many Lazaro gowns, she fell in love with Style 3315, a stunning Lazaro ball gown handcrafted here in New York's garment district. Jessica met her husband at a local bakery, Bonnie Brunt Cakes which she works at!
Jessica just recently tied the knot last month in a very special setting- her mum's backyard! How adorable!
